FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • When will my card be charged for my order?
    Your card is charged when the order is placed and an email confirming your payment will be sent to you by your choice of payment gateway, either Stripe or PayPal. You will also receive an email from us confirming your order. Please check your junk email folder if this doesn't arrive, since the level at which your security is set can stop our emails in their tracks!
  • What delivery options are available?
    We deliver to UK destinations only. All items are made to order, our lead time is 5-7 working days. Please keep in mind that delivery timescales are in addition to this. All standard UK orders are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail. You can upgrade to 1st Class Signed For at the checkout for an additional fee. UK customers can expect to receive their order within 1-2 working days following dispatch, except during busy periods when delivery may take longer.
  • How can I track my order?
    Our orders are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail, this isn't a tracked service. If you require tracking please upgrade to Royal Mail Signed For and we'll send you a tracking reference upon dispatch.
  • Will my parcel fit through my letterbox?
    We always use the smallest box/mail bag available to make sure as many parcels as possible fit through letterboxes. If your parcel doesn’t fit through your letterbox and no one is at home to receive the parcel, it may need to be collected from your local Royal Mail sorting office. You will be left a calling card, which will tell you where and when you can collect the parcel. If you’d prefer, we can send your parcel to a different delivery address. You can do this either by requesting this when placing your order or if you have already placed the order please contact us as soon as possible and if we can change the delivery address before it is posted, we are more than happy to do this.
  • Can I change the delivery address on my order?
    As long as we haven't dispatched your order, we can change the delivery address. Please contact us and we will be happy to check the status of your order and make any necessary changes. Ensure you provide us with your order number and full name when contacting us.
  • What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
    We are pleased to say that the majority of our parcels arrive safely and on time, however there are a few occasions where this isn’t the case. If this happens, don’t worry, simply contact us and we'll investigate. Please ensure that adequate time has been allowed for the delivery of your goods before contacting us. Also consider contacting your local sorting office, your parcel may be awaiting collection. Royal Mail have been known to forget to leave a card!
  • Will you let me know the status of my order?
    We always try to keep you updated on the status of your order. We will send you an email, confirming your order has been received, dispatched or returned, or if we need to update you on items in your order at all. Help us by ensuring the email address provided at checkout is correct and check your junk email inbox, on occasion our emails have been known to default to junk mail, depending on your email settings.
  • What if I'm not in when you try to deliver the parcel?
    All deliveries are made by Royal Mail, so if you are not home and your parcel won't fit through the letterbox, your postman will leave a card with details of how you can re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local sorting office.
  • Will there be an invoice in the package?
    Don't worry, we do not include any invoice or pricing information in the packaging as most of our customers send direct to the recipient.
  • How can I return my order/an item?
    If your order has been damaged in any way, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving the order. We will replace the products if they have been damaged or are found to be faulty. Due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns policy for full details.
  • I’ve received a faulty/incorrect item - what can I do?
    If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or if a product is faulty, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved. We will cover all costs for the return of the product and replacement.

    You can be confident that transactions made on our website are totally secure because any data you submit to this website will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms. The encryption technique we use is certified SSL, trusted by all popular browsers, operating systems and mobile devices. However, regardless of whether you're using Internet Explorer, Firefox or any other browser, you can be confident that our site is safe and secure.
